LPG Filter / LPG Filtration Column Equipments
With the wide use of aerosol products in cosmetic, pharmaceutical,
fine chemical industry, aerosol manufacturers have more strict
requirements on aerosol propellants, such as LPG, Butane, Propane,
Dimethyl ether, etc. So the deodorizing effect of propellants
becomes an important factor affecting the quality of aerosols.
This machine can use activated carbon, silica gel and 13X molecular
sieve to removes the moisture, impurities, reduces the sulfur
content of LPG, which improve the Butane and Propane content in
Our LPG deodorization system consists of 3-6 sets filter towers and
2 sets booster pumps; towers and pumps installed on work bench in
series, which make it more convenient for feeding and pouring
materials, the whole system is easy to move and disassemble.
Every tower has equipped with a visual observation mirror, the
workers can monitor the material status inside the towers and know
the material exchange time. The diameter height radio of towers was
designed under a very scientific calculation, each of the gas inlet
and outlet has equipped with resinous distributor and filter, no
materials leakage, the liquid gas flows up and down evenly in the
tower, make the gas and material have a full contact.
The equipment has been sold well in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan,
Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Egypt, Algeria and other countries.
13X Molecular Sieve
13X Molecular Sieve is the sodium form of the type X crystal and has a
much larger pore opening than the type A crystals. It will adsorb
molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 10 Angstrom (1.0 nm)
and exclude those larger. It also has the highest theoretical
capacity of the common adsorbents and very good mass transfer
rates. It can remove impurities too large to fit into a type A
crystal and is commonly used to separate nitrogen from oxygen.
